The Interactive Remix business office will now be open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. You may contact our business office by phone at 919.313.4626 during these hours. You may also contact us via email during these same hours. However any phone or email correspondence received after 5pm will be addressed on the following business day. Any correspondence received after 5pm on Friday afternoon will be addressed on the following Monday.
All maintenance requests will be processed within one (1) week of receipt of phone or email correspondence unless otherwise specified in contract. This applies to all requests submitted after the initial launch of the completed website. The standard fee for all maintenance requests is $35/hr unless otherwise specified in a verbal or written contract.
A nominal fee will incur for all requests that require immediate attention. You may request immediate updates based on the following time frames:
- 72hr Turnaround: $55 fee
- 48hr Turnaround: $70 fee
- 24hr Turnaround: $85 fee
These rates apply to all requests that include but may not be limited to graphic design, new page creation, html editing, and other standard website maintenance tasks. All programming requests that require immediate attention will incur an additional fee of $15. Programming requests include but may not be limited to database programming, PHP programming, ASP programming, and JavaScript programming.
