Once we have examined, assessed, and evaluated the needs and demands of potential audiences we develop advanced Internet and multimedia solutions that get noticed.

We are not afraid to think big. When presented with a project, we start our creative journey with a completely open mind and attempt to consider and integrate every option within our grasp. We balance unique design with functionality and remix the entire package to produce a multimedia solution that literally speaks for itself.

You start with an idea. We refine that idea and translate it into a functional, tangible solution. Our collaborative client-to-audience process is what keeps us all on the same page while working to produce exceptional results. Here’s how it works.

Phase 1 – Discovery

Through extensive market research, consultation, and careful listening, we generate great ideas and development strategies that become the mechanism through which exceptional communication solutions are created. During the Discovery phase, we work closely with you to understand your organization’s specific objectives and the needs of your audience. This information is used to define the project initiatives and identify accurate and measurable goals. Next, we develop a proposal document that outlines key project objectives, the recommended solution, and approximate time lines and costs. A contract sets the project in motion and a project site is created to serve as the communication center throughout the entire project.

Phase II – Define & Design

The fusing of smart design and technology. This is where we combine form and function. Our creative teams collaborate to develop complementary visual and technical solutions that form the shell of your new multimedia communications solution. In this phase, we determine the structure and organization of your project. Usability and information are high-priority in this phase. Our goal is to create a structural concept that makes sense to your end-user. To do this, we will design various visual concepts that enhance the information design and user experience. This involves a cycle of design, presentation, and approval that includes input and discussion between Interactive Remix, your company, and potential audiences until the final design and interface has been approved.

Phase III – Development

Once you approve the final design we move onto development and production, where we smooth out the rough spots and sharpen the dark edges. We put all of the pieces together and make them work. We tweak and refine every detail to make sure that there are no discrepancies. Quality assurance and beta testing play a big role in this phase. We test all projects against the established requirements to ensure that our goals are being met. This allows us to identify any bugs or glitches that occur along the way and fix them.

Phase IV – Delivery

The Delivery phase is where our hard work – on both sides – pays off and the project is launched. We archive all completed projects on a CD, including site files, project documents, and other materials to be archived by you. When we launch a new site, our work doesn’t end.
